When Meadhbh and Damian first reached out, I had a feeling their wedding would be something truly special. From the very beginning, Meadhbh had such a clear, dreamy vision for their garden celebration - romantic, whimsical, and filled with beautiful little details (and as many bows as possible!).
The space came to life with florals arranged in our curated vintage vases and the sweetest ceramic cherubs, fruit styling and blooms adorning the bar. Overflowing florals framed the seating chart and hung above the dance floor, nestled among the disco balls. Soft satin bows were tied onto vintage brass candlesticks and tucked into floaty arrangements, while handmade pearl bows adorned fresh pears for the tables. Every element was thoughtful, romantic, and so uniquely them. It’s those tiny, meaningful touches that bring a vision to life.
During our early conversations, the bride shared something that really stuck with me - something I know so many of you might relate to (myself included!). She said she’s always loved styling special occasions, and felt a little sad that she wouldn’t be part of the magic of setting up her own wedding day.
And yet, Meadhbh still found her own way to weave in personal touches - creating all her signage by hand and entrusting a dear friend to install it on the day. What a gal.
If you’re someone who gets lost in the magic of moodboards and details - who spends hours pinning and dreaming up the perfect atmosphere - then you know this bittersweet feeling. Wanting to be hands-on, but also wanting to be fully in the moment. To soak it all in without worrying about florals or fiddling with table settings.
That’s why finding vendors who understand your vision - and care about the details as much as you do - is so important.
It was such an honour to be that person for Meadhbh & Damian. To take the vision she’d so thoughtfully imagined and bring it to life with florals and dreamy styling moments.
Seeing it all come together on the day was a complete joy. A quiet, lovely reminder of why I do what I do.
So if you’re in that in-between place - excited, inspired, but wondering how to let go while still keeping your fingerprints on every detail - I promise you, it’s possible. Trust starts with finding a florist (and team) whose work you love and who really get you.
And from there? The magic unfolds.
"We wanted to thank you from the bottom of our hearts, so dearly for making our vision dreams and special day come true. From the moment you asked for a phone call conversation about my visions for the day, I knew I couldn’t have any other florist. You absolutely went above and beyond just being a florist, your creative designs, stylings, bow tying, bow sewing, placement of items was not unnoticed. The additional messages, emails, in person chats left our minds at ease to fully trust that you would bring the vision to life. You took my thoughts, photos, videos, reel inspo, Pinterest boards and created an incredible mood board which then was reflected impeccably on the wedding day. We couldn't have asked for someone so willing to make our day the most special one yet, every detail was just perfection! We can't thank you enough."
